Asiya

Asiya appeared in some super hit films with Sultan Rahi as Wehshi Jatt and Shrif Badmash in 1975, Toofan in 1976, Jeera Sain in 1977, Goga Sher, Wehshi Gujjar and Moula Jatt in 1979 and Athra Puttar in 1981.

Asiya's some other super hit moives with other heroes were Dil aur Dunya (1971) and 2 Rangeealy with Rangeela, Noukar Wohti Da with Munawar Zarif in 1974, Hathkari (1975) and Warrant (1976) with Yousuf Khan, Tum Salamat Raho (1974), Jogi (1975) and Waada (1976) with Waheed Murad.

Asiya's first film was Insan aur Admi (1970) and last Chann Meray in 1991. She appeared in 195 movies, 29 Urdu, 165 Punjabi and a single Pashto film.

Asiya left film industri in the beginning of the 1980s and married with an overseas Pakistani in Canada, where she died on March 9, 2013.
